I am Takashi Koyama, the Director of the newly established “AI Plus Clinic Tama Plaza.” For nearly 40 years, I have dedicated my career to the field of surgery, specializing in the treatment of a wide range of gastrointestinal and breast diseases. Throughout my professional journey, I have performed numerous surgeries at all hours and have also served as a reading instructor for gastric, colon, and breast cancer screenings, contributing to the advancement of screening systems.
With this extensive experience, I have now founded a clinic that offers comprehensive health checkups and general outpatient services utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment powered by advanced AI technology. In our outpatient services, we provide specialized care for lifestyle-related conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia, and collaborate with specialists across various medical fields to offer thorough examinations for a broad spectrum of conditions. Career Summary
After graduating from Chiba University School of Medicine in 1984, I joined the Department of First Surgery (now the Department of Organ Regulation Surgery) at Chiba University. Following one year of residency, I honed my skills at affiliated hospitals in Chiba, Kanagawa, and Tokyo. In 1989, I returned to Chiba University to continue clinical practice and research for three years. In 1992, I became the Chief Surgeon at Odawara Municipal Hospital, where I later served as Department Head, Senior Department Head, and Assistant Hospital Director. I retired from this position in March of this year.
